史文宠,博士,副教授。长期围绕植物-微生物组互作开展研究,解析微生物在小麦养分高效利用、马铃薯疮痂病发生与防治中的作用,探究利用微生物提高作物抗病、抗逆的方法。在Microbiome、Journal of Cleaner Production、Postharvest Biology and Technology等杂志发表研究论文。

研究方向
长期围绕植物-微生物组互作开展研究:
1、以小麦高产优质为研究目标,解析小麦高产高效的遗传基础与根系微生物的耦合关系,明确高、低效小麦品种间的核心微生物,利用培养组学方法探究微生物在小麦养分高效利用方面的作用,为小麦遗传育种和分子改良提供依据。
2、以马铃薯疮痂病为研究对象,利用多组学技术解析微生物组在病害发生和控制中的作用,揭示疮痂病发生对微生物群落装配过程的影响,基于根系/薯表-微生物-土壤间的互作,构建有益病害防控的“核心益生元”,为病害防控提供理论依托和生防资源。
