安海龙,男,河南林州人。博士、教授、博士生导师。1996年7月毕业于兰州大学生物系植物生理专业,获理学学士学位。2001年7月毕业于中国科学院上海植物生理生态研究所,获遗传学博士学位。2001年9月至2007年12月分别在德国马普植物育种研究所植物发育生物学系和英国John Innes Centre细胞与发育生物学系从事博士后研究。2008年1月起获聘im体育农业大学im体育教授、博士生导师,同年11月获聘im体育“发育生物学”岗位“因人设岗”泰山学者特聘教授,是《im体育》等多个杂志的审稿人。近年来主持承担了国家自然科学基金、国家转基因专项、国家973计划等研究课题,主要从事禾本科植物小麦、玉米和二穗短柄草产量相关农艺性状尤其是抽穗期性状形成的分子基础的研究。在《im体育》、《im体育》、《im体育》、《im体育》、《im体育》等国内外学术杂志上发表研究论文近20篇,申报基因专利3项授权1项。 | ||

研究方向 | ||
开花时间是一种重要的作物农艺性状,适宜的开花时间可以充分满足作物在开花、结实过程中的光照和温度要求,更好地适应各种环境和气候。二穗短柄草(Brachypodium distachyon L.)的形态特征、生活习性和亲缘关系均与麦类植物接近,是新兴的禾本科植物模式材料。以小麦、玉米为材料,结合使用二穗短柄草,应用生理学、细胞学、形态学、遗传学、生物化学与分子生物学等多种研究手段,探讨产量相关农艺性状尤其是开花时间性状形成的分子基础,可以为禾本科植物的遗传改良工作提供知识和技术基础。 目前开展的主要研究工作: 1. 小麦、玉米和二穗短柄草开花时间性状形成的分子基础。 2. 小麦、玉米和二穗短柄草Ac/Ds转座子标签法克隆重要性状功能基因。 | ||
